Connie Fredericks-Malone
Connie Fredericks-Malone, la sœur de Carole (Carole’s sister) serves as Director of the Carole D. Fredericks Foundation Inc. She is a frequent presenter at international, national and regional foreign language conferences.
Since its inception in May 2002, Ms. Fredericks-Malone has served as the manager and official spokesperson for CDF Music Legacy, LLC. On behalf of the company, she successfully negotiated with SONY Music/France, BMG/France, M6 Interaction and JRG Editions Musicales to bring authentic French language music videos, recordings, and materials to the United States for educational purposes.
Ms. Fredericks-Malone brings 30 years of experience in the fields of visual and performing arts, communications, college student services, arts management and promotion/publicity and second language instructional media to the directorship. Most notable positions include Executive Director of Finger Lakes Arts Grants and Services Inc, a non-profit art services organization in Geneva, NY; Assistant to the Director of Higher Education Opportunity Program and Academic Support Center Coordinator for Five Towns College in Half Hollow Hills, Long Island, NY; graphic artist and designer in the Instructional Publishing Group (IPG) division of Scholastic Inc, New York, NY; Communications Associate for JCPenney Co, New York, NY; and television writer/producer KGO-TV, San Francisco, CA.
